Collin county residents will appreciate the resolution of the traffic problem by having new intersections by the North Texas tollway Authority. Dallas business journal mentioned the latest news on the road constructions in Dallas Collin County area in Plano, McKinney and Frisco.

Plano has many awards on being one of the the safest city, infulence city and the best city to live in. All these awards increase the demand for Plano homes and the area easily.

CoreLogic, Dallas Morning News, Real Estate Center recently mentioned that Texas’ five major metros have some of the lowest ‘shadow’ inventories of unsold homes in the United States. Shadow inventory homes are properties that have been foreclosed on or are in the process of foreclosure but are not currently listed for sale, writes Dallas Morning News real estate writer Steve Brown. Plano is the best city to live

Women’s Health Magazine has recently chose Plano number one city to live in for women. Magazine evaluated 100 US cities health fitness based and quality of life criteria in 41 different categories like healthy eating, working out habits, cancer rate as well as cost of living.

Plano earned this title partly because of women to men ratio with 139 single men for 4 every 100 available women. Plano offers exciting nightlife settings, live event in addition to recreational places, parks and jogging trails that everyone can enjoy. This is just another award that emphasis Plano’s diversity. The survey also ranked the city of Plano 3rd healthiest Place to live for men in US cities following Madison, Wisconsin and Fargo, North Dakota. (more…)
